How we work
The Four stage Process- plan,do,review,apply
Research and Analysis - Use MTL online capabilities to maximise the return on investment in future training. In partnership we deliver the required outcomes. Using the latest in Online Emotional Intelligence diagnostics MTL pin point personal development areas. MTL build online and experiential Learning journeys specifc to organisational and individual needs. Use data to plan the project.
Design training and Team performance events that are based on the needs of the 'real' situation, use the MTL blended learning approach to ensure future behavioural changes are cemented. Make the link to work based projects and online review sessions.
Deliver the Training using a new approach based on The Human Element. Training "off the shelf" can have serious limitations, it is the uptake and use of different approaches that determines the real value. MTL choose the right person for the job and have a selection of seriously effective facilitators and coaches to ensure the Human Element in your organisation is releasing full potential. A full range of delivery methods are used to ensure accelerated learning and quick comprehension. Develop the aspects of inclusion, control and openess and measure the impact on productivity.
Evaluate both the immediate reaction and the longer term result. See the effectiveness of the MTL approach and measure your return on investment.

The MTL website is powered by Green energy. At MTL we believe in a sustainable society for all and that every business has a role in this responsibility. We have therefore made a strong commitment to fight pollution and preserve our natural resources. 1&1 now uses wind, water and solar power in accordance with the Renewable Energy Certification System (RECS). The use of renewable energy technologies reduces hazardous greenhouse gas emissions compared with conventional power plants.
